Only rarely do I show trailers on this site, but this is fairly long (11 mins) and of such interest, owing to the quality of the production, that I thought to include it.
The precious guru in question of course is Guru Rinpoche, or Padmasambhava, who is known as the Second Buddha in the Himalayan regions.
The trailer is just a glimpse at the film, but shows interviews with various people: Matthieu Richard, Ani Bumchung, Carroll Dunham, Glenn Mulin and others.
The makers of the film are also asking for support for the work: making films is costly, and it is not easy to finance such works as there is no profit in it for a production company, and the second video below (5 mins) tells you more about the film and how you can help.
